Black seeds has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, Unani, and Arabic medicine.

It is believed that black seeds has the remedy for everything but death.

There is some scientific evidence to suggest that black seed help boost the immune system, fight cancer, prevent pregnancy, and lessen allergic reactions by acting as an antihistamine. It has cure for everything.

Dry ginger powder on the other hand has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few.

Method:

Naturally dry  black seeds in hot sun for 2 to 3 days, or you can dry roast it and then grind it coarsely.

Buy dry ginger powder.

Buy pure honey from the supermarket.

Keep all the ingredients handy.

Preparation:

In one tablespoon of honey add 1/2 teaspoon of black seed powder and 1/2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder.

Have it daily two times one in the morning and another at night. You could add a home remedy mentioned here on empty stomach.

There is no specific time limit until when you should continue this remedy, whether you have sore throat or not simply continue having this daily to increase your immunity.
