Sesame Seeds laddu (Til Ke Laddu)

IMG_8362.JPGRecently, I watched a live video on the Facebook page of Kareena Kapoor Khan along with her dietician Rujuta Diwekar where she revealed many secrets on her post pregnancy glow.

There were many things they mentioned, but out of all, the only thing that struck my mind was Til ke laddu😝

So I thought of making it my way in a simplest manner possible. It is said that we should have at least one ’til ka laddu’ a day to remain fit.

Sesame seeds are rich in Omega 6 fatty acids, which is a family of healthy unsaturated fats, high in iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorous, low in potassium & sodium content. Many of these minerals are trace minerals that are hard to find in other foods. Sesame seeds are extremely beneficial for health, but are often overlooked. They include the ability to prevent diabetes, lower blood pressure, prevent a wide variety of cancers, build strong bones, protect against radiation, increase  heart health, help cure sleep disorders, improve digestion, reduce inflammation, boost respiratory health, strengthen your oral health, aid in healthy growth, improve circulation, detoxify the body, and eliminate depression and chronic stress.

You can get a lentil storage container from here, I bought one

Step 5
Transfer the mixture into a greased plate and allow it to cool slightly. Next wet your palm with water or oil, take a small portion of the mixture and shape into a round ball. If you are unable to form ladoos when the mixture is too hot, then wait for some seconds and then make the ladoos.

Make all the ladies this way and store it in an airtight container once done.
